8. We drink farm fresh pasturised purified clean health H2O.
9. We need to eat food from the seven basic food groups.

1. Kernels and nuts.
2. Grains and oats.
3. Rice and pasta.
4. Breads.
5. Dairy.
6. Fruits and vegetables.
7. Meats, fish and beans.

1. Cows.
2. Pigs.
3. Chickens.
4. Turkeys.

1. Tuna.
2. Tilapia.
3. Salmon.
4. Polok.
5. Bass

We sprout beans in water and when the beans are completely sprouted then we plant them in the soil to grow bean vines and we harvest them for goods and packedge them to sell at the market to make money for the United States of America. No you don't know how.
